What is the ProCredit Bank Internship Programme all about? Why PCB Albania offers internships.

ProCredit Bank is an institution which highly values social responsibility and professionalism in all areas. We therefore welcome qualified students to apply for our Internship Programme, where they can gain valuable practical experience in our branches, Business Centres or Head Office departments. As part of our contribution to the country's financial education efforts, we are not only providing students with opportunities to fulfil their university requirements, but are also offering them a chance to become part of an ethical institution that is dedicated to responsible banking.

This practical training is supervised and supported by our experienced staff in the various areas of banking. Serving as a bridge between theory and practice, the internship is a valuable experience that cannot be taught in a lecture hall. In addition, it is a great opportunity for students to get to know us and possibly participate in the selection process for our ProCredit Entry Programme.

The Internship

During the internship, students will learn about a responsible bank and its mission, the various elements of staff management, what it means to work in teams, and how ProCredit Bank provides quality services to its customers.

The internships are offered for periods of one to three months. Because internships are part of the mandatory curriculum in Albanian universities, programme participants will not receive any pay. The internships take place in all cities in which we have business units, as well as in our Head Office in Tirana.

  • have a grade point average above 8.5, verified by the faculty
