Mr. Haliti was born in 1980 in Pejë, Kosovo. He joined ProCredit Bank Kosovo in March 2004 as a Business Client Adviser and was later appointed to the position of Credit Analyst for Corporate clients. In 2008 he was appointed Deputy Manager of the Credit Risk Assessment Department and held this position until 2013, when he became Head of this Department. In 2018 he joined ProCredit Bank Albania and was appointed to lead the Credit Risk Division.
From January 2019-April 2024 has served as Member of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Albania.
Currently he is Chief Executive Officer of ProCredit Bank Albania.
He graduated from the University of Pristina, having studied at the School of Banking and Finance, he also graduated from the ProCredit Academies in Veles, North Macedonia, and in Fürth, Germany.
Mr. Suka was born in 1990 in Suharekë, Kosovo. He joined ProCredit Bank Kosovo in June 2013 as a Banking Services Officer and for several years he has served in different job positions in this bank, like: Business Client Advisor for Very Small Clients; Business Advisor for Medium Clients. From 2020-2022 he has served as Branch Manager in Prishtina.
Since April 2022, he is part of ProCredit Bank Albania. During this period of time he has served in some managerial job positions, like: Head of Business Development Department, Head of Medium Business Clients Department, Head of Risk Division.
Currently he is Member of the Management Board of ProCredit Bank Albania. He graduated from the Economic Faculty of University of Pristina, having studied Management and Informatics. He also graduated from the ProCredit Academies in Veles, North Macedonia, and in Fürth, Germany.
Mrs. Lushi was born in 1983 in Shkodër, Albania. In August 2005, she joined the staff of ProCredit Bank Albania and has since held various leadership positions, including Head of the Private Individual Client Unit, Head of Electronic Services, and Head of the Private Individual Client Department.
With extensive and rich experience in the retail sector, Mrs. Lushi has demonstrated excellent professional skills and has made significant contributions to the development of banking services for individual clients at ProCredit Bank Albania. In April 2023, she was appointed Head of the Retail Division, continuing to play a key role in advancing and growing this sector within the bank.
In 2005, Mrs. Lushi graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana, majoring in Business Administration. In 2014, she completed a professional master's degree in Business Administration at the same university. Additionally, in 2011, she successfully completed the one-year Academy for Young Bankers in North Macedonia, and in 2019, she graduated from the three-year Management Academy in Frankfurt, Germany, gaining profound academic and professional training.
With this education and extensive experience, Mrs. Lushi continues to make significant contributions to the success and growth of ProCredit Bank Albania, serving as a professional role model and leader in the banking sector.
Mr. Tomja was born in 1985 in Peshkopi, Albania. He joined ProCredit Bank Albania in January 2009 as Loan Officer. During this period of time, he has served in different job positions like: Business Client Advisor for Small Clients; Business Client Advisor for Medium Clients. He also has served in managerial job positions like: Branch Manager, Head of Business Development Department, Deputy Manager of Medium Business Clients Department. Through his contribution in these managerial positions, he has demonstrated great professional skills and has enriched his experience on banking.
Since April 2023 he is serving as Manager of Business Division.
He graduated from the Agricultural University of Tirana, having studied Economic and Agricultural Policies. He also graduated in MSC in Management from Agricultural University of Tirana in collaboration with the support of AHEED project. He also graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Fürth, Germany.
Mr. Pepa was born in 1978 in Elbasan, Albania. He joined ProCredit Bank Albania in May 2002 as Legal Advisor. During this period of time, he has served in managerial job positions in the bank that are related with legal issues like: Manager of Legal Sector, Manager of Legal and Compliance Department and from May 2014 he was Manager of Legal, AML & Compliance Department.
Starting from April 2023 he is serving as Manager of Internal Services Division.
Through his long experience in the bank, Mr.Pepa has demonstrated professional integrity and great leadership skills. He graduated from the University of Tirana, having studied Law. Moreover, he graduated from the ProCredit Academy in Veles, North Macedonia and in Fürth, Germany.
