The special feature of these zones is that they are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that enable our clients to quickly perform a wide range of banking transactions by themselves without being limited by the bank’s regular business hours. To access the 24/7 Zones and receive banking services, all you need is a debit or credit card.

Deposits and withdrawals

We have introduced a new service exclusively for business clients that makes it easier to manage your funds. All you have to do is deposit the funds in the designated machine located in the 24/7 Zone – without having to wait in a queue or rush to arrive within the bank’s regular opening hours in order to manage your business.

Dropbox – This service is primarily provided to businesses with a high daily cash turnover. Through a preliminary agreement with the bank, you can deposit amounts over ALL 1,000,000/day or the equivalent in euros or dollars in this safe at any time.

ATM - In addition to withdrawals up to ALL 300,000/EUR 2,000 from a business account and up to ALL 200,000/EUR 1,500 from a personal account, it is also possible to make deposits:

• Up to ALL 1,000,000/EUR 7,000 a day into your current business account.
• Up to 50 banknotes in a single deposit.
• The banknotes must be in the following denominations: ALL 500, 1,000, 2,000 and 5,000, etc. or EUR 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 and 500.
• Clients can make more than one deposit on the same the day, provided that the total daily value does not exceed the estimated limit of ALL1,000,000/EUR 7,000.
• Funds are credited to the client’s account in less than 5 (five) minutes, the same amount of time it would take to perform this service at the counter - but with no waiting in a queue.

Account balance

All clients can view their current account balance by using the “Balance” menu at every ATM located in the 24/7 Zones. In addition, they can print out the last 10 (ten) transactions by selecting “the last 10 (ten) transactions” option at any ATM located in the 24/7 Zones.

Transactions through e-banking – This platform enables clients to perform transactions, exchange currency, make domestic and international transfers, and pay bills/invoices online. They can also change their password for the service or view a particular transfer order through the “Recent Payment Orders” menu, by using a set of filters such as transfer type, beneficiary name, beneficiary bank, IBAN, amount, currency, etc.
