I confirm that the registered information is true, correct and complete and authorise the Bank to process my personal data, as well as my financial information, throughout the duration of my relationship with the Bank, in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On protection of personal data”, as amended, as well as with Instruction no. 20, dated 03.08.2012, “On personal data processing in the banking sector”.
I further declare that I am aware that for efficiency-related reasons and high service quality, some services involving the data registered in this form through the Bank’s website may be transferred and performed in real time by ProCredit Bank in Kosovo and by Quipu GmbH Company in Germany (which is a country with an adequate level of protection for personal data).
Pursuant to performing the services offered by the Bank to the Applicant/Customer, it is necessary for personal data to be transferred as per the meaning of the Law in force “On protection of personal data” to ProCredit Bank in Kosovo, a country that does not have an adequate level of protection for personal data. For this reason, the transfer will be carried out in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.3.2008, “On protection of personal data”, as amended and with Instruction no. 41, dated 13.06.2014, “On permitting certain categories of international transfers of personal data to a country that does not have an adequate level of data protection”, with the aim of ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
With reference to the above, I hereby provide my freely given and full consent regarding the control, processing and transfer of my personal data provided in this form to these countries, throughout the duration of the contractual relationship between me and ProCredit Bank sh.a.
The personal and financial data of the Applicant/Customer that is collected by the Bank will be controlled, processed and transferred for the purpose of establishing and continuously improving the entire contractual relationship between the Applicant/Customer and the Bank. The data will be stored in accordance with Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, “On protection of personal data”, as well as with Instruction no. 20, dated 03.08.2012, “On personal data processing in the banking sector”.
I hereby grant permission to ProCredit Bank sh.a. to provide me with information about banking services and the Bank by means of SMS/telephone/e-mail. I can revoke this permission at any time through the Bank’s website. I further authorise ProCredit Bank to store and process my personal data for banking services and for promotional purposes in compliance with the legislation governing this area throughout the duration of my relationship with the Bank.
