From 1 May 2018 access to the savings account will be available only through transfers. You can use the 24/7 Zones to deposit into the current account whereas you can transfer it to your savings account via e-banking.

Clients can deposit up to 40 banknotes at the ATM and can make deposits more than once a day, provided that the total amount deposited by the client during the day does not exceed 9,995 Euros. Deposits are usually reflected in the account at the maximum within 20 minutes, except for the deposits after 20:00 hrs, which are reflected the next morning from 07:00 o'clock in the morning.

Businesses with a daily turnover of more than EUR 10,000 can deposit their turnover at one of our daily turnover deposit safes (dropbox) at any time; this service requires a contract with the bank. Clients will be provided with a card allowing access to the deposit safes of their choice. Clients will receive special plastic deposit bags and the required deposit forms (“Collection Order” and “Funds Origin Statement Form”) and a daily deposit limit will be set. The minimum amount you can withdraw is 10 Euros. The usual daily withdrawal limit at a ProCredit Bank ATMs in Kosovo is € 2,000 whereas the weekly limit is € 5,000.
